Meet the Team

Ellen Michaels has been with Shupack & Michaels for the past 26 years. Ellen has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Albany. Her background includes 7 years in the brokerage field. Since 1985, Ellen has been actively recruiting engineers and architects for consulting and architectural engineering firms nationwide.

Karen Duva joined Shupack & Michaels in February 1997 as an Office Manager. Karen's previous experience included 24 years working in various industries such as Banking and Brokerage. Before joining the firm, she held various administrative positions in the retail and educational sectors. In addition to her office and management responsibilities, Karen started working as an Executive Recruiter in 2000 and has been actively recruiting engineers for the consulting and architectural engineering arena, both nationwide and overseas.

Remzije Capric joined Shupack and Michaels in October 2005 as an Administrative Assistant. Remzije has over 6 years experience working in the areas of computer, sales and advertising. She worked closely with the Managing Partners, Office Manager and Executive Recruiters. In 2006 Remzije became an Executive Recruiter.
